These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you accept them.

1. What we sell

Building JO3 sells physical goods. Tools, kitchen and storage items, garden and pet supplies, and similar everyday products. Every listing on this site is a real object that is posted to you in a parcel. We do not sell downloads, codes, licences, subscriptions or any other digital item.

Products are unbranded. Where a listing names a size, a capacity or a material, that description is the specification of the item you receive.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include any taxes we are required to collect. Payment is taken through PayPal at the moment you order. The price you pay is the price shown on the product page when you placed the order; we do not change prices retrospectively.

We confirm an order only once PayPal has confirmed the payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled and nothing is shipped.

Where you are outside our country of dispatch, any import duty, customs charge or local sales tax is payable by you on arrival. We cannot predict or estimate it, and we do not collect it.

3. Delivery

We dispatch within 2 working days of a cleared payment. Delivery is worldwide and normally takes 7 to 21 working days after dispatch. Orders are tracked, and the tracking reference is sent to the email address on the order.

Delivery estimates are estimates. A parcel can be delayed by a carrier, by customs, or by weather, none of which is in our control. If a parcel has not arrived 21 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full.

Check your parcel on arrival. If a parcel is visibly damaged in transit, photograph it before opening it and tell us within 30 days of delivery. If you sign for a parcel that is visibly damaged without noting it, a carrier may refuse to accept a later claim.

4. Your delivery address

Give us an address that can receive a parcel. We dispatch to the address you provide at checkout and we cannot change it once a parcel is with the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us undeliverable, we will contact you and offer to resend it. We may charge the original postage and the cost of resending. If you give an address that cannot receive a parcel, or that you do not control, that cost is yours.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country. Where you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a country with equivalent rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The Refund Policy explains how to exercise that right and what happens to the postage.

You also have the right to a remedy where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. That is separate from changing your mind, and it is not limited by the 14-day window.

6. Intellectual property

The Building JO3 name, the site design and the product copy on this site belong to us. The generic product names used in our listings describe the object and do not claim any trade mark; we do not sell any branded goods and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any brand named anywhere on this site.

You may not copy, resell or republish our product descriptions, photographs or site content.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it; the date at the top of this page tells you which version that is.
